JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for self-starters with solid customer service/guest relations experience and exceptional organization skills to book accommodations, receive guests, retail merchandise, complete forms and reports (paper and computerized), and provide compliance testing to meet regulatory requirements, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS - 3 or more years experience with customer service ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment. - Ability to happily greet guests with a smile at every occasion.
