GUEST EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for self-starters with solid customer service/guest relations experience and exceptional organization skills to book accommodations, receive guests, retail merchandise, complete forms and reports (paper and computerized), and provide compliance testing to meet regulatory requirements, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS - 3 or more years experience with customer service ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment. - Ability to happily greet guests with a smile at every occasion. If you're a genuinely happy person, this may just be the place for you. - Demonstrated ability to serve a variety of demographics with professionalism - Demonstrated ability to utilize POS, cash register, and computer software systems

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years experience with hospitality industry (reservations experience is a +)
- Willing to train right person with can-do ability and attitude
- Must be able to speak/read/write effectively in English

- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to problem solve and resolve guest issues
- Ability to work with varying personalities and age groups (families and children focused)
- Familiarity with food safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS
- Greet guests with a happy, helpful, and welcoming personality both in person and on the phone
- Utilize paper forms and computerized reservation software to process reservations and receive guests
- Organize and maintain guest records, documents, supplies, and merchandise
- Enter sales on cash register / POS system, cross-selling and up-selling as opportunities present themselves and developing opportunities where appropriate
- Optimize Merchandising for maximum effectiveness
- Testing and certifying systems for regulatory compliance (PCI, Health and Sanitation, Safety and Security, etc.)
- Guide guests to their destination
- Coordinate group activities and events for children and adults
- Process special orders and requests
- Ensure proper paperwork is in order for each guest
- Effectively communicate policies and procedures in a positive light
- Regular organizing and cleaning of store and other space
- Light food service

SOUS CHEF DEPT: Food / Beverage Service SALARY/PAY: Based on Experience and Talent (good money for great talent) TYPE: Part Time Temporary to Full Time Regular SCHEDULE: Wednesday through Sunday Weekends, Holidays and Special Events required QUALIFICATIONS - 5 or more years experience in support role to Executive Chef - Demonstrated ability to produce variety of entrée’s, appetizers, sides, and desserts with professionalism - Demonstrated ability to produce exceptional fare for a few or several hundred guests - Demonstrated ability to utilize POS and other tools to process orders - Knowledge and understanding of NYS Health Department standards and requirements REQUIREMENTS - Maintain kitchen in a clean and organized fashion - Produce exceptional food, based upon our recipies (most from scratch), in a timely fashion

- Ensure guests find all facilities clean and well maintained - Clean and maintain bathrooms (clean/sterilize sinks, showers, commodes, floors, etc.) - Clean laundry facilities - Clean gaming area facilities - Trash and litter removal - Septic maintenance (training provided) - Room and unit cleaning - Laundry service as required for bathroom cleaning and maintenance - Public area cleaning and maintenance - Pool and water supply maintenance and record keeping (training provided) - Propane dispensing (training provided)
