May I bring my dog?Well behaved dogs are welcome. Proof of vaccinations is required. Pets must be on a physical leash no more than 6' while outside. Aggressive pets are not welcome (identified by growling, snarling, chasing, nipping, biting, etc. Disruptive dogs will not be tolerated. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. Pets are not allowed in The Ridge NY buildings and, per sanitary health code, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

May I bring my service animal?Service Animals have always been welcome. Per NYS Health Code, and common sense, they are not allowed in the pool area, the kitchen, nor other places where the general public may not freely access. As with any animal brought to camp, they must be cleaned up after and remain under the direct supervision and control of the person for whom they provide support. Please note that Emotional Support Animals are not service dogs and do not fall under the ADA requirements. Misrepresenting an animal as a service dog is a violation of trust.

What discounts do you offer?We have our own discount programs. Joining our Facebook Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/TheRidgeNY/, will offer our most recent discounts as well as provide information about our events and activities. We do offer a 10% discount to our Active and Retired Service Members, AAA, AARP, First Responders, and Public Servants. Please present your Membership ID card at time of reservation to receive a discount as these may not be refunded. One discount may be applied to each reservation. Discounts are valid for NON-HOLIDAY & NON-CONCERT/EVENT Dates Only.

Cancellations and Refunds (Can I get a refund)?The short answer is no, we do not offer refunds. We reserve sites with payment. That said, we understand that things happen in life, so we offer an eCoupon which provides the same number of camping days as your cancelled reservation or equivalent days for the dollar amount of your reservation (whichever is less). These may be used within one year of the original reservation, but are non-transferrable and may not be used for holiday or concert dates.
