One of our long-standing offerings has been discounts and free items for those who give of themselves in great measure.  It is our privilege to recognize our (listed in alphabetical order) Active Duty Military, Ambulance and EMS Personnel, Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, and Veterans with this program.

How it works:

​

Camping is discounted 10% from full price rates and applies to any non-concert / non-holiday stay.  To take advantage of this discount, please be sure to mention it during the reservation process and be prepared to show your validating I.D. Card (Active Duty, DD-214, Fire Fighter, etc.) at time of check-in.  To be fair to all, not producing this proof will remove the discount.

A number of FREE and Nearly-FREE Tickets for Concert Shows are available for most Concerts.  Availability and quantity vary based upon our ability to negotiate these into the contract for each show.  To take advantage of FREE and Nearly-FREE Concert Tickets, please call 585-768-4883 to register yourself.  These will be held at Will-Call and will be validated with your Official I.D. Card (Active Duty, DD-214, Fire Fighter, etc.) at the Will-Call Gate on the Day Of The Show.

We do ask that any HERO Tickets requested be redeemed as it is unfair to other Heroes who may wish to attend should you not take advantage of this offer.
